Michigan Wolverines defensive end Chase Winovich had a quote for the ages after defeating Air Force Saturday afternoon.

“I feel bad for the terrorists those guys are eventually going to go up against,” Winovich told the media following the game, according to ESPN reporter Dan Murphy.

That’s one of the greatest quotes I’ve ever heard. Air Force showed their resilency and toughness Saturday, despite falling 29-13 to the Wolverines.

Some Michigan football players will head to the NFL, and the players from Air Force will go into the military. This is another reminder that there’s so much more to college football than what we see on the field on Saturday afternoons.

An outstanding quote about defeating terrorism after a great game. The terrorists are screwed, and Winovich just sent another reminder.
