Florida punter Johnny Townsend took some time Saturday night to rub salt in the wounds of Tennessee after a shocking victory.
The Gators won on a 63 yard Hail Mary play, and Townsend took the win as an opportunity to remind everybody of one of the greatest ever quotes from Tennessee coach Butch Jones.
Jones famously told the media, “They’ve won the biggest championship – that’s the championship of life,” when discussing his senior class.

This is a perfect example of why college football is awesome. The punter is on social media openly mocking and taunting a rival coach after a stunning victory. It doesn’t get much better than this when it comes to college football.
A punter rubbing salt in the wounds of a defeated and broken down coach is one of the funniest things I’ve seen in college football in a long time.
