It doesn’t sit well with Ariel Winter when people criticize her for dressing inappropriately.
The “Modern Family” star always shows up looking scandalous and doesn’t take it well when critics accuse her of being a bad role model for dressing inappropriately. Winter’s latest public appearance at the Emmys seems to have stirred her critics again and she just fired back.

The 19-year-old actress fired off a lengthy rant on Instagram early Tuesday morning letting her critics have it.
“Something I wish people would realize…I am not TRYING to be featured on Snapchat, I am not trying to be pap’d everywhere I do, I am literally just LIVING and unfortunately, I can’t do that without paparazzi following me around everyday,” she began. “I’m not trying to show you my ass in shorts when I go to the grocery store. I’m trying to live my life. People wear shorts. People have wardrobe malfunctions. No one is perfect.”
“I’m not a stylist! I don’t know what to wear everyday so I look ‘appropriate’ or ‘fashionable,”‘ she continued. “Also, screw having to always look appropriate or fashionable. For what? Society? Who gets to decide what is appropriate or fashionable????” Winter candidly wrote. “I wear what I like and no one should fault me for that.”

So, if you didn’t already get the message: Ariel Winter couldn’t care less what you think about her clothing choices and chances are she’s going to keep dressing exactly like she has been.
