Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz is without question one of the coolest guys in all of pro sports.
The former North Dakota State Bison quarterback is in his second year in the NFL, and I find myself becoming a bigger fan with every game he plays.
The ginger gunslinger represents everything that we love about sports. He’s got a blue-collar attitude, he’s humble, gutsy and finds ways to win no matter what. He’s also a big fan of hunting.
Like I said, he’s becoming one of the coolest guys in sports.
He lit up the Panthers last night on Thursday night football, and I began wondering if this was his official announcement to the NFL that he plans on taking over the league.
Carson Wentz is playing a beautiful game tonight. On the road facing a lot of pressure defenses he is playing with poise & showing accuracy.

We have so many athletes these days who are all about the flash instead of the substance. We have athletes more focused on their social media presence and name recognition in Hollywood than they are about just winning the game in the trenches.
The NFL needs a lot more players like Wentz.
