Professional surfer Maddie Peterson traded her surfboard for an AR-15 platform rifle on Monday and although she looked just as good holding a gun as she does holding her board, she might be better off in the water.

“I missed everything I aimed for,” Peterson captioned the post.

The beautiful blonde recently got married to Arizona Sate quarterback Blake Barnett right before his season began. It seems that she’s having to settle for other hobbies hanging in the desert with her new husband, but hopefully she’ll get back to the surf sometime soon.
