Another actress is accusing Harvey Weinstein of sexual assault and she’s bringing a suit against The Weinstein Company for enabling the Hollywood producer for his “repeated acts of sexual misconduct.”

Dominique Huett came forward with her allegations against Weinstein on Tuesday, claiming he promised her a role in exchange for oral sex during a November 2010 encounter, Page Six reports.

In the suit, Huett claims she met with Weinstein in a room at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills to discuss potential television and movie roles, but instead fell victim to Weinstein, like the many others who have come forward.

“At one point during the meeting, Weinstein excused himself to use the restroom and returned wearing only a bathrobe,” the complaint reads.

“Weinstein then demanded that Ms. Huett perform a massage on him, and subsequently requested to perform oral sex on Ms. Huett,” the suit claims. “Ms. Huett repeatedly said ‘no’ to Weinstein’s requests, but Weinstein persisted.”

The complaint, filed against The Weinstein Company in Los Angeles also claims that Weinstein masturbated in front of Huett. (RELATED: New Accuser Tearfully Recalls Horrifying Sexual Encounter With Weinstein)

“Prior to the incident involving Ms. Huett, TWC had actual knowledge of Weinstein’s repeated acts of sexual misconduct with women and his pattern of using his power to coerce young actresses to engage in sexual acts with him,” the lawsuit states, according to Page Six.

“For years TWC condoned and enabled Weinstein’s sexual misconduct with young women. TWC was aware of nondisclosure agreements and confidential settlements intending to conceal Weinstein’s sexual misconduct, while knowing that the sexual misconduct was continuing and targeting unsuspecting young women.”

Huett joins a list of dozens of actresses, models and former employees of Weinstein to accuse him of everything from sexual harassment to rape.
