Kid Rock is officially not running for U.S. Senate.
The music superstar, whose real name is Robert Ritchie, appeared on “The Howard Stern Show” Tuesday, and he made it crystal clear he has no interest in being an elected official.
He said the following, “F**k no I’m not running for Senate, are you f**king kidding me? Who couldn’t figure that out?”
Kid Rock on Stern: “F— no I’m not running for Senate, are you f—ing kidding me? Who couldn’t figure that out?” So that settles that.

I can’t even begin to tell you how disappointing this news is for me. Sen. Kid Rock was what America needed right now. We needed the guy willing to flip the middle finger and remind the coastal elites that the rest of America doesn’t care about them.
It was also the closest we would have gotten to having Kenny Powers in office. I’m on a roller coast ride of emotions right now. I wish it wasn’t going down this way, but I guess now he just has more time to work on his music. What an awful way to start a Tuesday morning.
