A clip from a 2005 episode of “Family Guy” is making the rounds today soon after allegations about Kevin Spacey’s sexual misbehavior in 1986.

The video features Stewie, one of the main characters of the show, running naked through a store screaming “Help! I’ve just escaped from Kevin Spacey’s basement! Help me!”

It’s wild that Stewie is a baby, and Kevin Spacey’s accuser was only 14 when the incident occurred. And although the Kevin Spacey allegations have not yet been confirmed, the BuzzFeed report is pretty damning.

“Family Guy” creator Seth MacFarlane also came into question earlier this month, after a 2013 clip of him cracking a joke about Harvey Weinstein surfaced.

It’s no secret that people in Hollywood are aware of some of the nefarious activity that goes down behind closed doors. Quentin Tarantino even admits he knew enough to do more to put a stop to Harvey Weinstein’s behavior.

This kind of retrospective regret, thinly veiled as morality, is not only insulting but also pretty patronizing to the general public. You don’t get to joke about this stuff and profit from it one year – then turn around and denounce it the next. It doesn’t work like that. Just ask Mark Halperin.
