Woody Harrelson’s highly-anticipated film “LBJ” is scheduled to be released this Friday.

The plot of the film, according to IMDB, is, “The story of U.S. President Lyndon Baines Johnson from his young days in West Texas to the White House.”

This is one of the more anticipated political movies in my recent memory, and for good reason. There’s next to zero chance a Harrelson-led political film isn’t a huge hit.

Harrelson is one of the best actors on the planet, and Johnson is one of the most fascinating presidents this nation has ever had.

He recently went on Bill Maher’s HBO show to discuss the film. It appears that it will be a very positive portrayal for the deceased president. It’ll draw on the contrasts between his struggles with Vietnam, but great legislative success back on the homefront.

It seems like a must watch for anybody who is a political junkie or interested in LBJ’s life story. You can catch it in theaters Nov. 3.
