This weekend will hopefully be full of great games, but none should be better than Alabama lining up against LSU.

This is pretty much the final chance for Alabama to lose a regular season game before marching into the SEC championship. If LSU can’t get it done then I don’t think anybody will.

LSU generates a pretty interesting matchup for two main reasons. The first is the fact that the Tigers can run the ball extremely well. I witnessed their rushing attack in person against Ole Miss, and it’s even more impressive than seeing it on television.

Secondly, the Tigers have a legit defense. Most of the teams Alabama has played didn’t. That allowed Jalen Hurts and the Crimson Tide’s offense to rip through their schedule with complete ease.

However, Alabama fans have plenty of reasons to feel confident. They haven’t been tested at any point this year, and that’s not a fluke. It’s because the Crimson Tide are loaded at every position on the field. Hurts is one of the biggest playmaking quarterbacks in America, the defense is unreal and Calvin Ridley is one of the best wide receivers in the game.

The spread is favoring Alabama at -21.5. I don’t see it being that big of blowout. Expect this one to be close, and Alabama to get out with a win.

Tune in to CBS at 8:00 EST PM to find out how it’ll all play out.
