TMZ captured Philadelphia 76ers star Ben Simmons hitting up a Los Angeles club early Wednesday.
Simmons went to the club 1 Oak well past midnight with a large entourage.

This seems like a pretty dumb thing to do. Being out at the club technically during a game day is pretty stupid. The 76ers play the Los Angeles Lakers tonight, and Simmons better have a big game. I can’t imagine fans will handle their star player being out at the club and then laying an egg like it’s nothing.
However, fans won’t have much to say if Simmons comes out tonight and torches the Lakers. Then he’s really going to have set the precedent that he can party whenever and wherever he wants before games. It’s a roll of the dice for sure, but it could end up working out in his favor.
