We’re now fully consumed with college football chaos, and it’s incredibly exciting.

Alabama fell to Auburn — which I said would happen — and Miami lost in a shocking game to Pittsburgh. That means the top two teams in America are possibly out of the playoff picture.

Nobody — and I mean absolutely nobody — had Alabama and Miami losing in the past couple days. I’m glad they both have because it means we’re now completely diving into the abyss of chaos.

Wisconsin is now the only undefeated Power Five team and that’s something to behold. It’s almost like it’s all shaking out like how I said it would, with a few minor tweaks along the way.

This is why college football is the greatest. People at the start of the season had Alabama, Oklahoma, Ohio State and USC as guaranteed locks for the playoff. The only team likely to make it out of that group is Oklahoma.

What an incredible sport. So many questions have yet to be answered. Can Ohio State get in with a win over Wisconsin? Can Auburn get in as the SEC champion? Three days ago I thought all of this would play out relatively straight, and now we’re in unchartered territory.

What an incredible sport and incredible time to be a fan.
