LeBron James visited the children’s hospital in Cleveland earlier this week where a young fan gave The King an intriguing request ahead of the Cavaliers game against the Los Angeles Lakers.

James was wearing a Cavs Santa hat during his visit on Wednesday when a young man named Andrew hit him with a hilarious Christmas wish. The encounter was caught on video and posted to the Fox Sports Ohio Twitter feed on Thursday just hours before the Cavaliers and Lakers are set to tip off.

“Can you dunk on Lonzo for me?” Andy asked, hoping LeBron would jump at the chance against the Lakers rookie point guard.

“I got you,” James said with a laugh and a high five. “He might not be in my way. Once he sees I’m about to take off he might move out the way,” James joked.

Lonzo Ball has been under intense criticism throughout his rookie season so far, thanks to his obnoxious father LaVar Ball. However, James recently stuck up for the promising point guard and defended the young player against his critics.

“I mean, listen, man, this guy is 20-something games into his pro career,” James told the media on Tuesday. “Everybody wants it right away. Can he play ball? Absolutely. The kid can play ball. Do guys want to play with him? Absolutely, because it’s a guy who is not about him. It’s about the success of the team. And he gives the ball up, and he passes the ball, and there’s energy behind the ball.”

We’ll just have to see how James handles Andrew’s wish when he takes the court on Thursday night.
