The first look at the upcoming movie “Ocean’s 8” was released Monday morning, and it doesn’t look good at all.
The plot of the film, according to IMDB, is, “Debbie Ocean gathers a crew to attempt an impossible heist at New York City’s yearly Met Gala.”
It stars Sandra Bullock, Olivia Munn, Katie Holmes and Cate Blanchett.
Was that preview horrible or was that preview absolutely one of the worst things you’ve ever seen? I loved the original trilogy, but this looks like a damn joke.
How can you have an “Ocean’s” film without George Clooney or Brad Pitt? It makes next to no sense. Matt Damon is listed on the cast list, but we obviously have no idea how involved he’ll be.
Why does Hollywood feel the need to do this garbage? They did the same stunt with “Ghostbusters,” and that sucked. Have they learned absolutely nothing?
Maybe I’ll be proven wrong. I certainly hope that I’m wrong, because matching the original films would mean we’re in for another fun ride. I’m just not getting my hopes too high. This doesn’t look promising.
