South Carolina Gamecocks recruit Rosendo Louis accidentally announced his commitment to a different school during a recent signing ceremony.
Louis meant to say South Carolina, but instead announced that he’d be headed to South Florida.
It might only be one word different, but there’s a pretty drastic difference between the two schools.
Luckily, everybody managed to laugh it off as Louis threw on a Gamecocks hat.

He botched it at first saying “South Florida” in a pretty comical moment at the ceremony.

Kind of a lighthearted fun moment that everybody will laugh about when looking back at it. It’d be even funnier if there was some kind of NCAA law that now required Louis to actually go to South Florida. Imagine thinking that you’re headed to a prestigious SEC program and then accidentally ending up at USF.
That would be the definition of soul crushing.
