I stumbled across a montage of refs ruining games for the Detroit Lions this morning, and it might have ruined my day.
The Lions might be the most cursed team in the NFL. They get routinely screwed by officials. At this point of my life, I simply expect that the refs will find a way to steal games from us. It’s as sure of a thing as me striking out at the bar more times than not.
Then there’s all the people who claim Lions fans are delusional and making stuff up (we’re not). Well, here’s an entire video to prove all those idiots wrong.
The worst one in the past couple years is when the officials ran off ten seconds from the clock on an OFFICIAL REVIEW. How do the Lions get punished on a review from the booth? Just complete insanity.
Life as a Lions fan isn’t easy. That’s just one of the laws of nature. It’s a tough, cold and bleak life. However, that will make the sweet nectar of victory that much better when we finally taste it.
