Georgia linebacker Davin Bellamy didn’t appear to be a fan of Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield after the Bulldogs win in the Rose Bowl.
Bellamy shouted out across the field to Mayfield, “Humble yourself!” and didn’t relent when asked about it after the game.
I don’t like this one bit. This Bellamy character is trying to act like he’s somehow a moral authority on how Mayfield should behave, and he’s being a big talker after the game. Pretty comical when you consider the fact Bellamy only had two tackles in the entire game.

This really rubs me the wrong way. You just beat the Heisman winning quarterback, and you respond by telling him he needs to humble himself? Makes no sense. I don’t even like Mayfield, and I think this stunt was unnecessary, especially from a guy who did almost nothing to help Georgia win.
Georgia’s players should have been much better than this. No excuse to ever taunt a guy like that after a win.
