Netflix released the first trailer for the comedy “Game Over, Man!” and it looks really funny.
The the plot, according to Netflix’s YouTube description, is:
Three friends must level-up and become heroes when their workplace, a Los Angeles hotel, is taken hostage by evil gunmen seeking a large ransom. Game Over, Man! is a dangerous comedy from the creators of Workaholics starring Adam Devine, Anders Holm, and Blake Anderson.
The trio from “Workaholics” worked in plenty of laughs in the trailer, and there was also plenty of gunfire. That’s a winning strategy if I’ve ever heard of one.
This movie is going to be so damn funny. I have zero doubt. “Workaholics” was one of the most underrated shows in the past few years. Those three were straight gold together.
There’s zero chance the three of them won’t be awesome together in a movie that includes a hostage situation. Literally no chance it would be outstanding.
We’ll find out when it’s released March 23.
