Alabama football coach Nick Saban has to dump linebacker Mekhi Brown from the team after his actions last night.
Brown hit the sideline after punching a Georgia player, and then all hell broke loose.
He went after a coach during an insane tirade, and had to be restrained by a teammate.
Mekhi Brown, don’t think we’ll be seeing you in a #CrimsonTide jersey your Senior year… pic.twitter.com/JX6XYIdmfH

Is Mekhi Brown serious? pic.twitter.com/KGiDZO4p5T

I’m sorry to all the Alabama fans out there, but this kid has got to go. Yes, I’m aware that Brown came back in the game and made a huge tackle. Yes, I’m aware that football and sports in general are emotionally high events.
It still doesn’t matter to me one bit.
You can’t have a player punching opponents, getting into it with teammates and then going after a coach. It’s simply unacceptable. Saban should have cut him right then and there. I would have had some police officers escort him to the locker room and he would have never worn an Alabama jersey for the rest of his life if I was the coach.
Saban needs to remind the world he’s the alpha dog in the Alabama locker room and send Brown the hell out of town.
