Former NBA All-Star Dennis Rodman was still on probation when he was arrested Saturday night for allegedly driving under the influence, according to TMZ Monday.

The 56-year-old retired basketball player’s probation stems from a July 2016 accident in which he reportedly was driving the wrong way on an Orange County freeway in southern California, hit another car and then fled the scene.  (RELATED: Dennis Rodman’s Awesome Christmas Sweater Involves Trump And Kim Jong Un)

Rodman entered a plea deal to keep from going to prison for up to two years and was placed on a three-year probation with the understanding that he must stay out of trouble.

According to the outlet, that probation will likely be revoked now following the DUI arrest. He could be sentenced to two years behind bars for the 2016 crash, plus any additional time added for the weekend arrest.

Rodman was pulled over by authorities around 11 p.m. driving on West Coast highway in Newport Beach Saturday for an unspecified vehicle code violation.

Authorities said Rodman failed a field sobriety test and agreed to a breathalyzer exam, in which he allegedly blew a blood-alcohol level greater than the legal limit of .08. He was then taken into custody and booked into the city jail where he spent the night behind bars and for the alleged DUI. The NBA player was released early Sunday morning.

The basketball Hall of Famer spent 14 years playing for a handful of professional basketball teams including the Detroit Pistons, San Antonio Spurs, Chicago Bulls, Los Angeles Lakers and Dallas Mavericks. He won championships with both Detroit and Chicago.
