These Steelers Fan Meltdowns Are Nothing Less Than National Treasures

The Pittsburgh Steelers suffered a season ending loss on Sunday night, and the cries of despairing fans rang out across America.

Some cities are defined by their teams’ greatness, and some are defined by their fans’ greatness. Pittsburgh is unmistakably defined by their fans and this season only proves that further. Not only did the Steelers get a shot at the playoffs, the game was so close that the final score made fan breakdowns that much sweeter.

Who can forget this dad’s mental collapse during the Patriots-Steelers game after that bogus catch ruling on December 17?

The call was pretty upsetting.

But this guy’s reaction made it look like the Steelers stormed his house to kill his firstborn.

So, with the Steelers favored to pull out a win against the Jaguars this weekend, blindsided fans’ reactions did not disappoint.
