I have fallen down the rabbit hole of Harry Potter Twitter, and I’m not sure that I’m ever coming out.

A few days ago, I was killing some time when I stumbled across a Harry Potter twitter account @PotterWorldUK, and my life might never be the same.

I am a huge Harry Potter fan. It’s almost at a level that is actually concerning. I used to get the books the day they’d be released at midnight, and then not stop reading until I finished. I literally would read for hours straight, kill the internet and television and not have any contact with the outside world until I was done. Spoilers and the morons who spread them weren’t going to ruin my experience.

However, that was years ago. I’ve never left Harry Potter fandom, but it’s hard to stay as engaged as time moves forward. The books and movies quickly became a childhood memory that made me smile, but wasn’t something I was engaged with on a daily basis. The thought of the Potter would would occasionally cross my mind, a smile would briefly overcome my face and then I’d move on.

Now I’m all the way back in. I’m seeing tweets every single day about Harry Potter, and it’s incredible. There’s zero chance a Harry Potter fan won’t fall into the same trap that I did.

I’ve been over here trying to take over the internet, and now I’m focused on the world of Harry Potter. What a wild time to be alive.

Also, I don’t really care if you like Harry Potter or not, but you have to admit that Emma Watson is an absolute babe.
