“We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care. North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister,” she added.

The newest addition to the Kardashian family weighed in at 7 lbs 6 oz, though no name has yet been revealed.

In June, reports surfaced that she and Kanye had hired a surrogate to have their third child as it was too dangerous for her to get pregnant again, because she has placenta accreta, a life-threatening condition that caused complications with the birth of her second child, Saint.

The two are already parents to a four-year-old daughter and two-year-old son.
