About a week after slamming Oprah for being a hypocrite when it comes to sexual misconduct in Hollywood, Seal is now facing allegations for sexual battery.
Actress Tracy Birdsall developed a close friendship with Seal when the two were neighbors, but after the singer allegedly made a move on her in his home she hasn’t spoken to him since. Birdsall claims that she decided to come forward with her story after seeing Seal’s comments about Oprah and Harvey Weinstein following her Golden Globes speech, TMZ reports.

According to Birdsall, Seal lunged at her and kissed her. When she shouted, “What are you doing?!” Seal replied, “I’m kissing you!” After the actress protested his advances she claims that Seal then began to belittle her for what she was wearing, suggesting that she was asking for it and then started groping her breasts. Birdsall tells TMZ that she demanded he stop but complied when he invited her to sit on his couch. Once again, she claims, Seal made fun of her for wearing a tank top and shorts and groped her again, leading her to leave and never contact the singer again.
A police report regarding the alleged incident was filed on Saturday, but a representative for Seal has already denied the claims.
“Seal vehemently denies the recent allegations made against him by a former neighbor for alleged misconduct more than a year ago,” the representative said. “He intends to vigorously defend himself against these false allegations.”
