Los Angeles Lakers rookie point guard Lonzo Ball has lots of critics, but ESPN pretty much silenced them all with one tweet.

ESPN tweeted Wednesday morning, “The Lakers are 0-7 without Lonzo Ball this season, including a 37-point loss to the Thunder two weeks ago, the Lakers’ largest loss this season.”

Look, I know that a lot of people don’t like Lonzo because of his father LaVar, and I know that lots of people were quick to jump on his early struggles.

However, you can’t even try to tell me that Lonzo isn’t having a pretty impressive rookie year. Is he scoring like a superstar? No, but he’s making plays that the Lakers desperately need. If that weren’t the case then why are they 0-7 without him? I’m loving this stat right now if I’m LaVar. Absolutely loving it.

It looks like today is a great day for Big Baller Brand!
