Tom Hardy wrestles with his inner demons in a wild trailer for the upcoming Marvel film “Venom.”

In a video that dropped on YouTube Thursday, the 40-year-old actor’s character, Eddie Brock, wakes up inside an MRI machine after he’s undergone some kind of major trauma.

“Everyone’s got their thing. Maybe it’s a breakup, a death, an accident. Whatever it is, you used to be one thing. Now, you’re something else,” Hardy explains in the clip. “We all have our own problems. Our own issues. Our own … demons.”
