The first male victim has accused now-defamed Team USA Gymnastics coach Larry Nassar of sexual abuse, according to amendment made to the lawsuit Denhollander et al v Michigan State University et al.

Jacob Moore, who filed a joint complaint against Nassar with his sister on Wednesday, alleges that Nassar administered unnecessary treatments and made unwanted sexual advances on him when he sought solutions to relieve shoulder pain. The abuse took place almost a year after the USA Gymnastics team had been alerted that Nassar had assaulted a female gymnast.

Moore’s suit claims that in April 2016, Nassar gave him acupuncture in his “pubic area and in and around his genitalia ostensibly for the purpose of treating his shoulder pain.” He was 15 years old.

Moore also claims Nassar exposed him to a female gymnast who was also underage at the time.

Over 300 people have come forward with complaints against Nassar. Currently, he’s serving a 60 year sentence in federal prison with maximum security on child pornography charges. He’s been sentenced to a total of 300 years by three different judges for sexual abuse.
