Conor McGregor is now a spokesman for Burger King, and his first commercial is hilarious.
The Irish-born fighter is promoting the restaurant’s new spicy chicken sandwich. Who better to promote a spicy chicken sandwich than one of the most braggadocios fighters on the planet? Nobody is more qualified.

I’m honestly not even sure if they gave McGregor a script before they started shooting. Seems more likely to me that somebody just told him to pretend the sandwich was Floyd Mayweather, and then they let the camera roll. I love him shouting out all the haters at the very end of the video. Classic move from the UFC superstar.
McGregor has become such a huge brand, it’s incredible. He was a nobody only a few years ago, and now he’s one of the most famous athletes on the planet. That’s what happens when you make a name for yourself by cracking skulls in the octagon and saying the funniest stuff outside of it.
Now that he’s got his Burger King deal, the fans just want to see a Mayweather rematch.
