Dallas Mavericks owner and former “Shark Tank” star Mark Cuban was accused of sexual harassment by a woman he met in 2011. No formal charges were pressed and Cuban has since flatly denied the allegations.

But on Friday, a witness to Cuban’s alleged misconduct claims the Mavs owner was so inebriated that he was asked to leave the bar, according to The Oregonian. The witness also claimed Cuban was “kind of gropey.” According to Cuban’s accuser, he groped her and forced his hands down her pants after she asked for a photo with him.

“She definitely jumped after he had put his arm around her,” he told The Oregonian. “That’s when the energy in the room kind of exploded.”

The witness also mentions that Cuban was acting strangely the whole night. “It just wasn’t how you’d normally pose in a picture with someone,” he said.

On Wednesday, the NBA announced it would be taking a look into the allegations and authorities’ decision not to charge Cuban.

The Mavs owner has been in the news for all the wrong reasons as Sports Illustrated published an expose last month on the Mavericks’ alleged toxic work environment, especially for women. It’s important to note that all of this is alleged and Cuban has not been formally charged with anything. If allegations continue to surface, however, he may have a long road of legal battles ahead of him.
