Former NFL tight end Clay Harbor might not be on a professional roster any longer, but he’s about to be on an even juicier roster.

The 30 year old was on the New Orleans Saints’ injury reserve this year so he decided to shoot his shot at the next bachelorette, Becca Kufrin.

Harbor’s also played for the Eagles, the Jaguars, the Patriots, and the Lions.

But being a pro athlete might bode well for Harbor. Former “Bachelorette” winner Jordan Rodgers’ sibling plays QB for a little team known as the Green Bay Packers. Former “Bachelor” Juan Pablo Galavis played professional soccer. Sean Lowe was quarterback at Kansas State. And Arie Luyendyk Jr. was a race car driver in Europe, which is kind of a sport.

“The Bachelorette” kicks off May 28, 2018 at 8 PM on ABC.
