Honestly, I’m shocked that Loyola is +900. That seems criminally low odds for them to pull it off. Have the oddsmakers all gone blind and missed the past two weekends of the tournament?
Now, I’m not saying Loyola should be favored to win the whole thing. I don’t believe that at all, but I do think that +900 is a shade insult. Also, Michigan is only +250? That’s a bit surprising to me. I think they’ve been playing some of the best ball in the entire tournament, and they’re a very hot team right now. Nobody wants to match up with them.
