Chris Evans and Ryan Reynolds proved to be two of the good guys in Hollywood after agreeing to help a young child that is terminally ill.

Fox New’s Shannon Bream recently tweeted, “Need your help Twitterverse – trying to help a young boy who is dying. He probably has just days and all he want is a greeting from one of the Avengers. If you have a celeb connection, please let me know. Otherwise, could you help out with a RT? Thank you in advance!

It didn’t take long for Evans and Reynolds to respond.

I love this from both of these dudes. How many complete tools are working in Hollywood? A lot is the answer.

It’s always nice to see a pair of dudes that are out here just trying to make a difference. Kids love the Avengers and Deadpool. It’s not surprising at all that a young man who isn’t long for this world would want to meet some of the actors behind the hit movies.

It would have been so easy for these two superstars to both say no. I’m sure they get messages all the time on social media. Nobody would have had a second thought about them not saying a word or agreeing to anything.

Major props to both of them. Setting an outstanding example that the rest of Hollywood should follow.
