Colin Kaepernick is in New York today today, and is reportedly there to depose NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.

TMZ reported the following:

Our NFL sources tell us … Colin and the team are at HQ to depose Goodell as part of Colin’s collusion case against the NFL — in which he claims league officials like Goodell conspired with team owners to blackball him because of his kneeling protest during the national anthem.

I don’t understand this collusion case one bit. The Seahawks were considering bringing him in, but he would commit to standing during the anthem.

Playing in the NFL isn’t a right. It’s one of the highest privileges you can have in the sports world, and it’s a business. Kaepernick is really bad for business. People don’t like a guy who doesn’t stand for the anthem. I’m not even weighing the merits of protest. I’m simply stating a fact.

Who does he think he is that the NFL owes him a job and he gets to sue for collusion when nobody wants him? He’s even blowing the opportunities out there for him. This dude is never playing in the NFL again, and he only has himself to blame.

Good riddance! We’ll never miss you.
