Friday is National Star Wars Day. In honor of this epic day, we found the hottest looks of one of the franchise’s biggest stars, Daisy Ridley.
Since “Star Wars: A New Hope” debuted in 1977, the George Lucas-created films have become one of the biggest movie franchises in history. After “The Empire Strikes Back” in 1980 and “The Return Of The Jedi” in 1983, three prequels came out in the early 2000s, but any true “Star Wars” fan knows we don’t mention those.
Then in 2012, Disney bought the rights to the “Star Wars” movies and the franchise was reborn.
The seventh movie “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” launched Ridley into the spotlight, and the eighth film “The Last Jedi” in 2017 made her a superstar. She is a London-born actress who has also starred in “Murder on the Orient Express” and several “Star Wars” spinoffs.
“Episode IX” is scheduled to hit theaters Dec. 20, 2019.
