LeBron James Is Buying Property In This Surprising Location

Speculation about which team LeBron James may move to next season is heating up, and his latest property investment is only further fueling the rumors.

According to Page Six, the Cavs superstar has long been eyeing property in Manhattan’s western Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood, and it looks like he might have finally taken the plunge.

James recently bought a spot at 787 11th Ave, which is an office building renovated into residences by Georgetown Co. and prominent architect Rafael Viñoly.

It’s not immediately clear how much the apartment set LeBron back, but you can probably bet it didn’t come cheap. Others rumored to be investing in the building include hedge fund mogul Bill Ackman, who reportedly had a tennis court installed for himself on the roof the building.

The building has sweeping views of the Hudson River and has received a lot of buzz in New York real estate circles.

This latest move by LeBron only further escalates conjecture about where he may relocate to — if he does decide to leave Cleveland next season.
