Argentinian Soccer Players Get Hilarious Manual On Picking Up Russian Women

Argentinian soccer players got hold of an unbelievable manual on how to get Russian women before the World Cup next month.

Deadspin translated some of them, and it’s probably the most entertaining and useful thing Deadspin has ever done. A few of the suggestions from the manual are below:

Do not ask the typical questions, be original, usually they like to know about you, so give them some information about you. Remember many of the girls will not know about your country, so you have an advantage over Russian men, you are new and different. Give her confidence in you.

Russian women like the men that take the initiative, if you do not have confidence in the same, then you will need to practice talking with more women.

Normally Russian women pay attention to important things, but of course you will find girls who only pay attention to material things, in the money, if you are handsome, you tell me. Do not worry, there are many beautiful women in Russia and not all are good for you. Be selective.

Are we sure this isn’t advice that’s given to men from all over the world? I mean, this is the definition of boilerplate advice. This could literally apply to a woman in any Washington D.C. or Chicago bar.

Do women like to be paid attention to? Yes. Do women enjoy good conversation? Yes. Do women enjoy the new guy who is from an outside land? Yes. Do women appreciate a guy who takes the initiative? Yes. None of these things apply exclusively to Russian women.

However, in my very limited experience with the Russians, their women are insanely materialistic, as noted in the Argentinian manual. I’m not talking about people in America with Russian heritage. I’m talking about actual Russian women straight out of Moscow. They love money. Those women honestly might love money more than I do. I’ve had this experience with just about every native Russian woman that I’ve ever met.

I have no idea why Russian women tend to be this way, and I’m sure there are plenty who aren’t. That might be the one part of this advice manual that is pretty unique to Russia. Other than that, this whole thing is just common sense.
