‘Game Of Thrones’ Characters Favored To Sit On The Iron Throne

Daenerys and Jon Snow are heavily favored by the oddsmakers to be sitting on the Iron Throne at the end of season eight of “Game of Thrones.”

Bovada has the following odds:

  • Daenerys Targaryen: +200
  • Jon Snow: +200
  • Bran Stark: +350
  • The Night King: +1000
  • Tyrion Lannister: +1250
  • Jaime Lannister: +1500
  • Cersei Lannister: +1500
  • Sansa Stark: +2500
  • Arya Stark: +4000

I’m not surprised by this at all. The whole show has been setting up and centering all around Daenerys and Snow. (RELATED: ‘GAME OF THRONES’ CREATORS SET TO DEVELOP ‘STAR WARS’ FILM SERIES)

It’s all about the journey between those two, and we saw that come to a climax at the end of Season Seven.

If I were a betting man (I am), I would bet hard on Daenerys coming out on top. I’m just not sure there’s anyway for the dragons to be defeated. Plus, Snow has already bent the knee, and he’s obviously mad in love with her. But we also now know he’s also a Targaryen. So, maybe he gets woke and decides to go for the whole thing by himself.

I’m not sure I’d be sold on the possibility, but you never know. I could also see them splitting it together. Not sure how that’d pay out, but it could happen.

Finally, you have to respect The Night King sliding in at fourth place. That’s way higher than I would have thought, but I like the idea of the long shot shooting up the board in the final hours.
