SEC Fans Don’t Like To Use Facts When Discussing College Football
My recent piece about Wisconsin quarterback Alex Hornibrook really upset some SEC football fans.
Nothing gets my juices flowing like the SEC fanboys coming out of the internet to play. Look, I simply pointed out the fact Hornibrook won the air-it-out challenge at the Manning Passing Academy. That’s simply a fact.

Well, the reaction was quick, and I think it’s safe to say that people weren’t pleased at all. Here are a few people from the great site of Twitter. (SLIDESHOW: These Are The Hottest Photos Of Johnny Manziel‘s Wife)

Your qb’s win titles in the summer. SEC qbs win titles in January.

There were also some outstanding comments on the article itself:
- Call us when the cheezheads win a NC…..call us
- So what he dominated a camp?? Look at the Big 10’s record against SEC teams in bowl games. Nobody in the SEC is worried about this QB. Btw its easy to look good in a weak conference every team in the SEC is tough so every week you better bring your A game.
- Wisconsin won’t even win the Big Ten. OSU has a better QB anyway.
- Yes…FEAR THE FROMUNDACHEEZE QUARTERBACK!
- Did I just read the Onion?
Listen up all you SEC fans who think I’m not fair. I’ve never once denied that the SEC had an incredible run at the top of college football. The conference’s run from 2004 to 2012 was outstanding, and Alabama still is a legit threat every single week.
However, no SEC team other than Alabama has won a title since the 2011 season. Let’s all tone down the unrealistic hype.
Secondly, I was simply pointing out the facts of the situation. It’s not my fault if you don’t like facts. That’s something you’ll have to figure out yourself when you look in the mirror.
My apologies that Alex Hornibrook is outstanding and Wisconsin has beat most of the last SEC teams they’ve played and the conference as a whole is crashing and burning. I’m so sorry for all your suffering.
I know new things can be tough to stomach for some people. You want me to stop gloating? I suggest giving me a reason to shut up. Until then, I don’t plan on stopping.
