Nina Dobrev and Vanessa Hudgens were pure fire as the two ladies posed for the cover of the September issue of Cosmopolitan magazine in pictures shared Wednesday on Instagram.

The 29-year-old “Vampire Diaries” star and 29-year-old “High School Musical” lead looked absolutely incredible as they posed wearing a variety of colorful skimpy outfits for the upcoming issue taken by photographer Ben Watts.

The caption next to the snaps read, “September issue alert @vanessahudgens and @nina (who star alongside each other in the upcoming comedy @dogdaysthefilm) get real about BFFs, #MeToo, and their firsts—link in bio to read a few highlights from their cover interviews. @michprom Photos by @wattsupphoto and styled by @kgsaladino.”

Several other pictures from the shoot have been shared on the social media account by one of the actresses and others who worked on the set.

In the piece, both young stars opened up about their own #MeToo experiences.

“Like any woman in every industry, yes. Comments have been made,” Dobrev explained. “People have said things that are inappropriate. I’ve been able to handle myself and speak up for the most part. But I have seen a lot.”

While Hudgens shared that, she’s been “fortunate” not to have had any “run-ins.”

“I have been very fortunate not to have had any direct run-ins, but I’ve seen it happen,” the former Disney star said. “I’m grateful that we’re living in an age when women are finally heard.”
