One Football Stat Reveals The True Colors Of The SEC. Prepare For Fans To Meltdown

SEC teams don’t exactly play well on the road in non-conference games.

Tom Fornelli recently tweeted out the top teams with the fewest non-conference wins since 2000, and there are nine SEC teams in the top 10.

Oh, that sure does feel good, doesn’t it?

I can’t wait to hear what excuses I get out of the SEC fandom in the next coming days. Oh, wait, is that silence I hear? As we all know, facts don’t care about your feelings. (RELATED: THE COLLEGE FOOTBALL WORLD SHOULD FEAR WISCONSIN FOR ONE SIMPLE REASON)

Look, the SEC has played out this scam for years. They rarely play true road games, and instead opt for neutral sites. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times I’ve been told by SEC fans that it wouldn’t matter where the games were played because the SEC teams would win anyways.

Looks like that’s not really the case. Looks like the SEC is just stacked with teams that struggle to go out and compete with the big dogs on the road. Can’t say I’m really surprised. (RELATEDSEC FANS DON’T LIKE TO USE FACTS WHEN DISCUSSING COLLEGE FOOTBALL)

Check out this awesome stat Fornelli also tweeted out. Turns out that not a single SEC team is near the top for road wins since the CFP era. Oklahoma, Ohio State and Wisconsin lead the way.

It’s always a great day when I get to wake up and remind everybody the truth about the SEC. Can’t wait to see what absurd excuses are about to be thrown my way. Have at it!
