It’s Heather Locklear’s birthday on Tuesday.

Born in Los Angeles, California, the “Perfect Man” star has been breaking hearts since she got her first big break when she landed the part of Sammy Jo on the hugely popular night-time soap opera called “Dynasty” from 1981-1989.
