NBA legend Lamar Odom was reportedly the victim of a recent kidnapping.
The NBA champion and Los Angeles Lakers legend borrowed $10,000 to gamble in Portland and lost it all in a matter of minutes, according to Radar.com. That’s apparently when things went horribly wrong for him. Armed men reportedly entered a hotel room where he was with his girlfriend, snatched him and took off. He was supposedly held for two days while his captors awaited payment.
Radar reported they eventually cut him loose when they got about half of their money. Odom denied the report on his Instagram stating, in part, “This bullsh*t makes me wanna start my own gossip online platform and report stories only about me.”

Will we never probably know the complete truth of what happened here. Radar says it occurred, Odom denies it, and I’m more than willing to believe either. Once you overdose with prostitutes, you don’t really still have the benefit of the doubt when it comes to crazy stories.
As for Odom, he’s launching a basketball comeback, but I’m not holding my breath.
