Cincinnati Bengals star Vontaze Burfict should be ashamed of a hit he threw Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown was already engaged with two defenders when Burfict, who only just recently came back from suspension, drilled him in the head and neck region. You can watch a couple videos of the dirty hit below.

That dude should be absolutely ashamed of himself. What a disgusting and stupid play. Brown was completely defenseless and helpless due to the fact he already had defenders engaging him. You have to be a real piece of garbage to do what Burfict did here. (RELATED: NFL Star Reportedly Robbed Of A Ton Of Money And A Gun)

If was Roger Goodell, he would be hit with a massive suspension. You can’t preach about player safety and then let this garbage go unpunished. You just can’t.

He’s damn lucky the Steelers didn’t flood the field and start throwing punches. I rarely encourage physical violence as payback. It’s not the NHL. Fighting shouldn’t be a part of the NFL, but sometimes you just have to make an exception.

If I were the Steelers coach, I wouldn’t blame any of my players for going after Burfict as payback.
