The fans weren’t kind to me after Wisconsin got run off the field by Michigan.

As everybody knows, I guaranteed a victory and then had the immense amount of courage to show my face and remain humble in defeat. Naturally, not everybody was too pleased. (RELATED: Michigan Massacres Wisconsin In A Bloodbath For The Ages. It’s A National Tragedy)

The best reactions are below:

  • Hookstead is still making predictions? At what point do you say I suck at this and end it?
  • I have never thought any of your articles or perspectives to be either enjoyable or good. Perhaps you should consider a career change?
  • Hookstead was seen Saturday night cowering in his safe space with egg on his face.
  • Mr. Hooksted. I sent a copy of your article to Jim Harbaugh. Thank you for the pep talk.
  • Looks like the Hookstead was hitting the hookah a little too hard. Your boys got spanked. Your QB was dazed and your offense did a better disappearing act than Houdini. Get off the pipe dude.
  • Ouch…that has to hurt…blown out by a mediocre Michigan team – how’s that National championship run looking Hookstead? B10 needs to just agree NOT to put anyone in the playoffs…that way they can avoid embarrassing themselves and the conference
  • Ouch, Hookstead, that HAD to hurt.
I mean, it wasn’t B1G Championship against OSU bad, but it was bad.
  • Your mistake is to think Hookstead actually has any talent. His bucket is empty.
  • Hookstead must be a socialist. How else could he be so deluded to think his team is so great despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary?
  • The Badgers looked hapless. Just like their #1 uninformed fan, D. Hookstead.

First off, I’m glad you’re all paying attention. I think it’s more than fair to say that at this point I’m really driving the national narrative when it comes to college football. Nobody demands more attention and respect than idea. Shoutout to the haters.

Let’s just stick to the facts here. Yes, my Badgers lost. There’s nothing I can say or do at this point to fix that. The game is over, and I didn’t come out on top. All those beers were drunk and I wasn’t drinking with a smile. I was drinking to forget. Haven’t I suffered enough? Haven’t my Badgers been beaten down enough?

Maybe I have and maybe I haven’t. I have no idea. I do know you guys live to rub it in. Keep it up. We’ll rebound. We always do.

We’ll be back for a national championship next year. We’re not going to win it this year. So be it. That’s just the way it is.

Make no mistake. You’ll all wish you hadn’t come out so strong when we win it all next year. You’re really going to regret those words. Take that to the bank, my friends.
