Alabama offensive lineman Hunter Brannon might have a little explaining to do after he was recently arrested.
Following the Tide’s win over Tennessee on Saturday, Brannon was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor DUI. He allegedly struck another vehicle while doing doughnuts. (RELATED: The Latest AP College Football Poll Is Here. Number Two Might Have Your Head Spinning)

Saban responded by telling the media, “We are very disappointed any time a player makes a choice that leads to this kind of behavior. We are still in the process of gathering all of the details on the situation and we will evaluate what we need to do in terms of appropriate discipline as we move forward.”

I hate to sound like a mean dude here, but what the hell was this kid thinking? He’s a football player at the University of Alabama. It takes a very special kind of stupid to get arrested when literally anybody would gladly offer you a ride.
I would be irate right now if I was Saban. Absolutely out of my mind mad. This kid doesn’t deserve to play for Alabama if he can’t figure out basic common sense stuff.
Something tells me he might not be coming off the bench anytime soon in the near future.
