The Titanic II is scheduled to set sail in 2022, and oddsmakers don’t think it’ll sink.

The boat will eventually follow the exact same path as the original. Sounds like the plot of a great movie, but we’re not likely to get a crazy ending.

Oddsmakers put the line of sinking at +2,000 and the line of staying afloat the whole time at -5,000. That means you’d have to bet $5,000 on it sinking in order to get a $100. That’s not a great bet.

Okay, let’s play a quick game. Go ahead and put your hand up if you would get on Titanic II. Would I? Hell yes.

I am a major fan of the movie. I’d like to imagine the second trip could be just as majestic as the first go around.

Who knows, maybe my Rose is out there waiting to be saved. I’m already a working class blue-collar guy. That’s not too far removed from DiCaprio’s character Jack. (RELATED: Check Out The Incredible Photos Of Brad Pitt And Leonard DiCaprio On The Set Of The Charles Manson Film)

Plus, I’m already better looking than he is, so I have that working in my favor.

Let us know in the comments how you’d bet and if you’d get aboard.
