Duke basketball ticket prices are way down after Zion Williamson got hurt.

The freshman phenom sprained his knee early in a loss to UNC, and hasn’t played since. It’s unclear when he’ll return to the lineup for the Blue Devils. (RELATED: Duke Star Zion Williamson Suffers Sprained Knee In Loss To North Carolina)

According to Darren Rovell, a ticket that cost $1,400 for the game today against Miami before his injury is now selling for only $400.

It’s incredible how much impact one player can have on the value of tickets. It probably doesn’t help that Duke is 1-2 in their last three games.

They’re simply a much different team when Zion isn’t on the floor. They still have multiple future NBA players, and are still struggling with him sidelined with a knee injury.

Duke might be in some serious trouble if he’s not back for the tournament. People scoffed at me when I said that before, and then they lost to Virginia Tech.

Trust me, Coach K’s squad needs Zion back ASAP. The people responsible for selling tickets need him back too because his absence is costing them some big money.
