Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade ended his NBA career with a bang Wednesday night.

The three-time champion got a triple-double after notching 25 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists in a losing effort to the Nets. (RELATED: Miami Heat Release Dwyane Wade Tribute Video, Barack Obama Honors Him For Final Home Game)

You can watch the highlights of his final game below.

The Heat might have lost, but that’s one hell of a way to hang up the shoes for good. He’s an old man by the standards of pro sports, and he still went out there to light it up one last time.

If you’re not impressed by that effort for a final game, then I don’t know what to tell you. The Heat aren’t playing in the playoffs. There’s literally no reason to cheer against Wade.

He had one of the greatest careers in NBA history, and now we just need to wait to see how long it’ll take him to be inducted into the NBA Hall of Fame.

I hope he enjoys retirement. There’s no doubt that he’s earned a life of leisure going forward, and he made an astonishing $196 million since entering the league in 2003.

That’s some serious money, and he has three rings to go along with all that money. Hats off to him on one final great game and one hell of an impressive career.
