My friends, this is great news. First off, I want to point out I first heard about this more than a week ago when it was first referenced by Jimmy Kimmel, and then got a solid tip this was coming.

It wasn’t a matter of if “Yellowstone” was getting another season. It was simply a matter of when the public would be made aware. (RELATED: Luke Grimes Says Kayce Will ‘Face The Demons’ In Season 2 Of ‘Yellowstone‘)

That day was today, and it’s reason to celebrate.

We’re hours away from the season two premiere and we get this news. Hours away! This is like Christmas came early and was juiced up on steroids. If you’re not pumped right now, then you’re no friend of mine.

It means we’re getting 10 more episodes with John Dutton, his family and all the enemies they’re out to crush. Starting tonight, we’re in for 20 more guaranteed total episodes over the next two seasons.

I wish you could all see the smile on my face right now! Let’s get after it.
