A sign outside of the weight room of the Florida Gators has gone viral, and a couple of the rules are bit strange.
There are no headphones, sitting down or yawning allowed in the weight room, according to the sign posted outside.

I’m not a big fan of lifting weights. Anybody who knows me knows that this true. Much like Boobie Miles, my body is God given.
However, I feel like not being allowed to have headphones, being allowed to sit or being allowed to yawn is ridiculous. How are you supposed to get a quick pump in during the morning if you can’t have headphones or yawn?
This is classic football hardo moves. I’m not an expert, but I don’t think music all of a sudden makes you bad at lifting weights. Again, I don’t know for sure, but I listen to music all day, and I just crush internet content.
Can Florida say they’ve crushed anything lately? Absolutely not.
